This website is run by OakBury Integrated Services Company Limited (Reg. no. CS060190326), 2nd Floor, Tech Team, Jasmine Street, Kissieman, Accra, Ghana. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean OakBury. You can reach us at info@oiscl.com or on +233 55 165 3685.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the contact form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp. This usually includes:
- your name and your phone number or email address;
- your organisation, if you give it;
- whether you are a business or a candidate, the sector you are interested in, and your message.
Please do not send sensitive documents, such as copies of your Ghana Card or certificates, through this website. If we need identity or certificate checks as part of our service, we will tell you how to provide them securely.
How we use it
We use your details to reply to your request, to discuss workforce needs or work opportunities, and to keep a record of our communication. We do not sell your personal data.
Email and WhatsApp
When you press “Send on WhatsApp” or “Send by email”, this website opens WhatsApp or your email app with your message ready to send. The message only leaves your device when you send it. Messages sent through WhatsApp or email are handled by those services under their own terms and privacy policies.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not use advertising cookies or analytics. Our fonts and images are served from our own site. If this changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
Sharing
We share personal data only with people who need it to handle your request, with service providers who help us run our business, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your request and to meet our legal and business obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.
Your rights
Under Ghana’s Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you may ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Email info@oiscl.com and we will respond. You may also contact the Data Protection Commission of Ghana if you have a concern.
